About

My name is Mehr-un-Nisa Waheed and I am a psychologist currently based in Lahore, Pakistan.

I hold an MSc in Mental Health Studies from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN), King’s College London and a BSc (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Derby with British Psychological Society (BPS) accreditation and membership.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2016. In Pakistan, I have worked in Lahore and Swat, facilitating children, adolescents and adults within the domain of clinical and forensic psychology. In the UK, I have worked at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust in London and Elysium Healthcare in Milton Keynes.

Currently, I serve as a partner at Pi Consulting & Therapy. Outside of psychotherapy, I am involved in academia and research.

I presently see adolescents (15+) and adults for psychotherapy in Pakistan and abroad, both in-person and online.

I utilise a range of therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT).
